中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）は、知的財産権に関する国家方針を着実に実行し、制度の法的整備を進めるため、「専利審査指南」改正草案（意見募集稿）を策定した。新たな技術分野やビジネス形態の発展に対応しつつ、特許・実用新案・意匠の審査に関するイノベーション主体の正当なニーズを反映した内容となっている。
CNIPAは現在、同草案および改正趣旨を公表し、広く社会から意見を募っている。関係機関や各界の関係者は、2025年6月15日までに、具体的な意見を以下のメールアドレスに提出できる。
